Easy Installation:
eePropertyRental installation is easy. Just unpack the
files into your preferred directory, change the templates
governing the look of the site, set folder permissions,
customize your settings and away you go.
Search Engine:
Search Engine allows the site users to submit a wide range
of property items criteria for search and thereby obtain
the optimal matching results. Depending on the users’
needs, the search can be performed in several ways.
Quick Search:
This type of search is the simplest variant of searching:
every page contains the search field at the top. Visitors
can search the property items by keywords, typed in the
field.
Simple Search:
This type enables search of property items by the
following criteria: country, state, city, the number of
rooms and guests, lodging type and internal listing
number.
Advanced Search:
The advanced type gives the optimal matching results,
since it allows visitors to find the properties, which
suit their needs best: specified matching criteria
submitted for search can include property title, lodging
type, country, state, city, rooms, guests, language,
handicap accessible, pools/saunas, near beaches, smoking,
pets, parking spaces, dock spaces, arrival/departure
dates, enable/disable showing property photos, specify the
number of property items displayed per search result page.
Availability Calendar:
The feature allows visitors to your web site to check
property item availability. It displays all properties
available within a given time frame. Property owner can
use simple point and click assigning of availability
status to mark the items unavailable within this time
frame i.e. allows property owners to edit their own
availability calendars.
Payment Calendar:
The calendar enables specifying rental rates for a given
time frame. Property owners can quote the certain rate per
a given time period, thereby allowing the site visitors to
see dates, rates and the minimum possible stay of the
property, they chose.
Unlimited Photos
Uploading:
Property owners can upload as many photos of property
items as they consider it necessary. It enables the
optimal presentation of a house, villa or bungalow: the
photos can be of rooms, yard, pools, nature, road maps,
gardens, etc. gif, jpg, png and bmp formats are supported.
The number of photos to upload can be however limited by
an administrator: see listing plans.
Unlimited Movies
Uploading:
This visual aid tool is revolutionary feature in real
estate listing software: in addition to property photos,
movie gallery allows visitors to see “the look and feel”
of what they will have. Let them watch the video about the
house of their dream! Nothing can be more persuasive than
live video. Avi, QuickTime, flash and mpeg formats are
supported. The number of movies to upload can be however
limited by an administrator: see listing plans.
Listing Plans:
A site owner can create separate property listings plans
with different set of features, available for a property
owner. The feature allows a site owner to attract a larger
number of property owners, satisfying their individual
needs. Each plan can contain the particular number of
photos, items, movies; the availability of appliances,
attractions, features, external calendars, external urls;
commissions, duration, and price.
Site Membership:
The feature enables either free or paid membership for
property owners. A site owner can specify a trial duration
period for each listing plan. There is also an additional
membership type, that of affiliate.
Trial Duration Period:
To give property owners the possibility to try listing
plan, a site owner can assign trial duration period for
full-featured use of this or that plan. As soon as the
trial period is expired, a property owner can extend it,
by purchasing paid membership. Note that trial duration
period is available only for paid membership.
Property Owners Editor:
A site owner can easily add, delete, edit or modify a
property owner’s details (first name, last name, user
name, listing plan, password, address, phone, fax, email,
expiration date) and property items parameters. The number
of users to the system is unlimited.
Reporting:
The Reporting feature allows a site owner to see
statistics on customer payments, new owners, expired
owners’ accounts, affiliate payments. The reports are an
integral part of billing.
Listing Editor:
Individual users can add new listings without any HTML/FTP
knowledge. Add new listings, modify existing listings or
delete a listing.
Custom fields:
This feature allows you to create any field you would like
to have at your site. Since you do want to have as
individual real estate site as possible we developed
custom field feature. Add any field easily and quickly.
Featured Items:
Have a special house to offer? Want to submit to
customers' attention a property of their dream? This
feature will help you to organize it in the most efficient
way. One column at your site will show the best property
items available at the moment.
